WELCOME LETTER & GYM DIRECTIONS

This a two day event Sat/Sun.

• The daily adult price is $10.00 a day.
• Daily tickets are valid for all gymnasiums for that day only.

COACHES' PASSES: ACA Cards will be enforced for coaches' entry. Every gym will have a list of approved ACA coaches'. If your name does NOT appear on this list you WILL be required to pay the daily rate (NO EXCEPTIONS). It is mandatory that all USSSA coaches' register for their ACA card.

REGISTRATION FEES:

• $335 per team

REAL TIME SCORES:

• Scores are updated in real time! Check scores at www.scoreposted.com
• DO NOT call for seeding or scores; both are viewable via mobile web.
• Check schedule DAILY for changes up until Thursday March 22, 2012.
• Teams will be called if changes are made after 5:00 PM on Friday.

CHECK IN LOCATION & DIRECTIONS:

• Check In Times: Saturday: 9:00 - 4:00
• CHECK-IN TIMES WILL BE ENFORCED, NO CHECK-IN OUTSIDE OF DESIGNATED TIMES

  From Sawgrass Expressway (869), Exit Sample Road East for approximately 2 miles. Turn Right (South) on Coral Springs Drive NOT Coral Ridge. Gym will be to your left less than 1/2 mile. Gym is a large white building located between Sample and Atlantic Blvd.
  
• The entire team MUST report to Check In. If a player or entire team has already been approved this competition year the coach is still required to check in. Your rosters MUST have approved stamp from check in.

*** If you do not check in you will forfeit all games and lose participation points if you have not won a game. ***

WHAT TO BRING TO CHECK IN:

1. Official USSSA team roster must be PRINTED from the USSSA website.
2. Hand written rosters will not be accepted.
3. Birth certificate of each player.
4. Current picture of each player.
5. Current school year report card.

• Register @ USSSA Basketball

• Click 5 on 5 Basketball > Click Register Here/Create ID > Complete Required Information and Click Submit.
• DO NOT forget your Team Managers ID and password.
• You must add ALL players to your official team roster. Players not listed on your official roster will NOT be covered for insurance purposes and will NOT be allowed to participate.
